37 spacious villa-apartments are grouped into seven "islands" on the rest of the estate. The appointments have been carefully selected to contribute maximum comfort and luxury.

The cathedral-style lounges of the detached villas are very spacious, totalling about 100 m2 with their patios and terraces. The apartments also have really big lounges of about 40 to 50 m2, with high ceilings prolonged by deep terraces providing extra living space and private gardens maintained by the coowned property ; they offer large master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and dressing-rooms.

There is reinforced sound-proofing, and all the accommodation benefits from the Vivrelec brand of reversible thermodynamic air-conditioning (heating in winter, cool air in summer), large picture windows with double glazing and lacquered white aluminium, and electrically operated roller blinds. As for security, the main entrance doors are armour-plated and the buildings are tremor-proof : homes are connected via an alarm system to the guardian and there is a videophone at the main entrance gate. All floors are tiled in enamelled stoneware, the handbasin surfaces in the bathrooms are made of enamelled lava or marble, depending on the plans.
